Can I delete my account/ information?
Yes, you can! You have a right to be forgotten and have a couple of options to get this done.
To delete your information along with your entire account, navigate to Settings in the MyHomeAssist app or website and click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
You will be given the option to delete all the data associated with your account permanently, or to close your account temporarily.
If you would like a copy of your data per the Privacy Policy, you may send a request to our support team via the app by navigating to Settings > Send Feedback. Choose the Privacy Related request type. You must do this prior to deleting your account.
If you are looking to delete only specific information like in your home profile, simply navigate to Profile > Your Home Profile and edit the section. Simply unselect any of the data you wish to delete from your account.
