In accordance with these service terms and conditions, or “These Terms,”
(a) ‘Company,’ ‘My Home Assist,’ ‘Us,’ or ‘We’ all refer to Pixabit Infotech.
(b) In this context, “you” or “customer” refers to either you or your representatives.
(c) The services you select in the Subscription and Payment Details section of the Order Form, as detailed
in Clause 1 (Services) below, will be referred to as ‘Services.
(d) The “Subscription Plan” is the billing plan that you select in the Subscription and Payment Details
Section of the Order Form, based on the fee that the parties have agreed upon.
(e) The time frame for which you have utilised the Subscription Plan is referred to as the “Subscription
Term,” “Term,” or “Subscription Period.”
The services are provided to you in accordance with these terms.
